Default Steel Horizon - PSP Game

I happened across a copy of Steel Horizon (for the PSP) at the local Best Buy awhile back for $20 and figured, "Hey, it's got battleships and a VIIC on the cover, it can't be all that bad." So, I picked it up.

The short story... It's mediocre.

Basically, if you're desperate for something WWII Naval to play on the PSP, it's about all you're gonna find. It's a turned based square-grid game with animated battle sequences. If you've played games like Advance Wars before, it's very similar only on the ocean and actually not as much fun. It managed to hold my interest for about 10 hrs or so of play before getting shelved. I was hoping for something a little more than just a sqaure-grid turn-based rock-paper-scissors game, but alas that's all I could find in it. If you happen upon it in a clearance bin for like $5-$10 it's maybe worth it.
