Multiple GWX versions?

I think I want to get back into playing SH3.

I have plenty of disk space and I was thinking that might like to keep my GWX 1.03 and add a second installation of GWX 2. I have no doubt the GWX 2 is an improvement over 103, but I had customized quite a few things about 103. Thus, for the moment, I would like to hold on to it.

I assume that having two installs/versions of GWX is no different than having GWX and NYGM installed side by side?
