Yess because if you are you need to D/L the cfg file for SH3 Commander for it to be compatible with GWX2.0

Partly true Wilhem

The SH3commander cfg that controls the sabotage\malfunctions needs updating for GWX 2 and is causing CTD
So DONT use sabotage\malfunctions for the time being till the new cfg released

Just on this though BBW, I could be wrong but the Sensors.dat offset error seems to exclusively cause crashes upon initial loading. In other words, a player never even gets to the menu screen, let alone be able to load a game.

Off the top of my head I can't see how a player with the Sensors.dat problem could be able to get far enough to load a game.

But still good advice re turning off the mals and sabs for the time being.

Yes you are correct
In that case is it an old career prior to GWX 2 Andyman ?
Have you tried a new career or load the museum or play a single mission

BBW Just read about this over at the WAW forums.
If you need a hand just holler, I believe I still have the original Sab/Mal files to refer to. Also I'm sure Jeasen does also.

Thanks Hemisent, but it looks like they've got it under control - just a few offset values in the existing GWX version of "Randomised events.cfg" needed updating to reflect content changes to Sensors.dat.

BTW it still impresses me that your mal/sub work remains very popular *and* largely unchanged after being released well over 18 months ago.

Aye thanx Hemisent

As Jaesen said Privateer is on the case and is undergoing testing
Who would have thought changing one TGA would have rendered the cfg useless

Jaesen, BBW.
Anything I can do to help. I'm really glad to hear that it's still working as advertised for everybody. 18 months? Is it that long ago Jaesen? Wow.

In a PM from Kpt Lehman some time ago he advised me that Sab/Mal and Thermal Layers would be included in GWX 2.0 and that made my day.

The only regrets I have are that I was unable to lend a small hand with GWX but RL reared it's nasty head.

Happy New Year to all!
