Seeking mod

I tried searching in the Mod forum using "sounds" but, as you can imagine, got a hockey-sock full of results!!
My father will be getting a new PC for christmas and will finally be able to play SH4 (he still raves about Silent Service II so you can imagine how he'll like SH4).
I don't plan on introducing him to TM, RSRD etc for quite a while until he's totally comfortable with the game, however in the meantime he would certainly get a kick out of the voice mods (i.e. "Emergency dive!" "Give me 25 degree down angle on the bow plane!" etc). Where can I find just that mod?

Most of the sound-only mods should be compatible with 1.4 too
