H2F Software, the origins of SOF

Did some research. H2F is a small Düsseldorf based company who does corporate software for cash register systems and especially for barber shops
Ralf Hildenhagen, the owner of the company, produces google hits with barber software as well as with historical articles in a online literature magazine. So he is either the author of that historic text or it is simply a namesake, but Hildenhagen is not exactly a common name.
One of the programmers names showed at informatics department at Düsseldorf University but I am not sure as what (TA maybe?).
