Default GWX 2.0 Unnecessary Files?

Whilst cleaning out my system I came across these two files:

C:\Program Files\Ubisoft\SilentHunterIII\data\Air\AFB_Hurrica neMk1\AFB_HurricaneMk1.cfg.bak
C:\Program Files\Ubisoft\SilentHunterIII\data\MultiMissions\E nglish\Gibralter-bound (GWX)\Gibralter-bound (GWX)mis.bak

Are they safe to delete or should I leave them alone?

Thanks.

If it is a cople of files from GWX 2.0 install,
you shouldn't delet none of the mods files...

There is a thing that goes betwin what windows conciders
necessary and not necessary files, that allways makes mi
suspect... I allways check the files for deletion windows selects !

I never delet files from programs that are in use or that I use !
And files that are possibly shared with other Aplications !:hmm:

Or you can back up them in a folder somewere, and delet them
at your own risk mate !
But at least you'll have them backed up for any posssible problem
coming from those cleanings !:hmm:

Hi!

They appear to be unneeded files, but let me first ask the team before I give you a definitive answer.

Deleting the files will not cause any problems.

Moin,

*.bak files are most common with hex editors. Whenever you save any changed file using the hex editor you will be prompted to create a backup file. They found it´s way into the release by mistake. As BBW stated, go ahead and delete them.

DD
