Default What the....?!

Why do torps explode prematurely? What's the best tube combination to use to attack a target? You sailers have to excuse me, I'm used to being strapped into a seat and flying at Mach 2.

Influence detonators will premature in rough water. I usually use just the first three tubes and set the torps to contact only.

Why? Because they did in real life. The game is meant to reflect the problems real captains faced, and early in the war they faced a huge amount of torpedo failures.

Ok thanks. Leant some stuff here about torps. Another thing I find it hard at nights to target using the periscope. The cross hairs are painted black so much too hard to see. I always thought a red light highlighted the cross hairs in reality, but again I could be wrong.
