Aye tis an S class
US S class as a place holder for a British one we now have Early war the Brits sent out subs with convoys Not as escorts but as protection against suface raiders Was only till a prearranged point then the sub would go off on patrol ( except the ON\HN convoys across the North sea where the subs were there from start to finish and some of the PQ\QP\RA murmansk convoys too) Unfortunately if a unit is in an RND group it stays till the end Game limitation |

If the are in a convoy, they are most likely to
the last ship in an outer row. |
