Admin? Moderator?

I've been trying to get a hold of a moderator, or staff member, as my account (not this one!) can't make any posts on the boards. I've emailed 4 times with no response over the past three weeks. Could someone direct me to the right person to deal with this? Thanks! I had to register with a new username just to post this.
