hammer is plagued!!!

im sorry guys, i must be becoming a bother, but this is seriously getting on my nerves.

i just got my computer back (thank god)
as well as my copy of SH3.

which has been cleaned, but, when i try to load the patch, it, once again to my dismay, parks at 92% and doesnt do anything. im starting to believe that its just my SH3 copy, it is still pretty battered.
i have a couple questions.

1. does it take a while to update the sh3.dll file? or is it just messed up?

2. does anyone know where i can find a cheap copy of sh3... heck, can anyone spare me a copy??!:rotfl: but im serious.

this has been killing me and you guys in the mods workshop know what youre doing. maybe you can help.
