I've been looking for a weather mod or something, It seems almost everytime I play it's raining through the entire mission.

Have fun with this one. You will get 4-5 days rain and whole bunch of new textures. Follow the instructions and yes these are all individual downloads that create a large mod package.

My experience is the weather is highly variable. You might be complaining about the days of rain right now, but in a week you'll be complaining about the days of clear and calm.
I was thinking during my last game it seems the patch 1.3 wave height is reduced from what it was in Patch 1.2. Whlie I was thinking about that, I'm also wondering if while working on patch 1.4 waves, if they intend to come up with a fix for the speed of the weather transitions. I think the high speed clouds and wave surface textures during weather changes are supposed to happen gradually (maybe over hours) but instead the new textures get scrolled in at high speed (8 or 16X?) -Pv- |
