Akula and Kraut, I remember them.

Were they really one person with two accounts I can't remember if that was ever worked out. Seems like a long time ago. In that time I have got married and had kids..

It does seem as ages ago. We have certainly had a cast of characters here. I always assumed that Kraut and Akula were the same guy, which is why it was so entertaining to watch him argue with himself.

Then there was JagdWolf. What ever happend to that guy?

These two will still turn me in my grave, so to speak!

And yes, I'M also quite sure they were one and the same person.

I think the practice of having two accounts and using them to play point-counter point with yerself is known on a lot of forums as sock-puppetry. Akula was a master. He was famous for rather large signature images too.

Some of those people from that era are still about....under different names probably.

Hard to say, but I would have to think John Channing, Drebbel, and Bill Nichols are up there.
