Help white UZO

I had to do a reinstall due to upgrading my hard drive and now the UZO is all white when you look through it and the frame rates go nutsto the point you can barely use the mouse, so I reinstalled several times with no results, seems to me I read about another guy who had this problem and have been looking for hrs trying to find the post but have had no luck.

Sounds like the old UZO spray bug.
