Missing Things in my GWX Install

Yesterday i downloaded and installed GWX over a fresh Sh3 Installation

In the Game I,ve noticed , that the Subs have the Stock Textures only.

Then in the Museum i missing the Empire Celt Tanker. In the Manual is this Ship listet , then the SubSkins from Fubar.... ?!

In the Mission in bad Weather, the Crew uses no Raincoats....

Something go wrong with my GWX.
At the Install were no Erros occured....

What is Wrong?!
