OK here's the thing, Every time I start a career, i always get transferred at the end of my second patrol even after completeing all my patrol missions.
Any advice? |

It sounds like you are not completing enough objectives on each patrol.
When you go on a patrol you are given an initial objective. Once you complete it you should radio in. When you do you will be given another objective. Complete it and radio in again. Continue on this way until you are either low on ordnance or ammunition... then return home. It is important to sink tonnage, but it is equally important to complete as many objectives as possible.
