Default Odd graphical glitch

Morning guys! Got a problem! I've noticed since coming back to SHIII that Ive got terrible problems with the rigging on ships and AA in general, theres like weird white lines on everything that makes it look absolutely terrible. I don't know whats up. Got 16xQ with supersampling on in the nvidia control panel, running a 8800gts 640mb card.

I think because they are shown at a lower res they don't show the glitch. its like white lines on the rigging etc and makes the game look really ugly!

I am not sure which kind of white lines you mean, but have you tried running with Vsync enabled?
This usually removes any tearing of the image, that can occur with Vsync disabled...this tearing often presents itself as white lines.
