ATi setup help

I've got a Pentium4, 3.06 and 2 gig of ram,the graphics card is a x700 ati thing(soon to be replaced

)how do I setup the catalyst for the best performance for what I've got:hmm: Temperol AA,on or off?Anisotropic filtering,high or low?catalyst AI,ON OR OFF?mipmap,high or low:hmm: do I enable adaptive AA or not?vertical refresh???????what the hell does that do

any help would be greatly appreciated and any ideas for a good 512K graphics card thats not to expensive would also help.thank you for your time
