Does anyone have any idea what is wrong with Ubisofts site it is the most screwed up site I have ever seen, it refuses any user name or password I have tried when I attempted to sign up/register my new Silent Hunter 3, so I e-mailed them their resonse/ e-mail led me back to the same non sense are these people brain dead or what, if so would if I forget about registering and be less the wasted time, thank you.

You want screwed-up sites? How about Hewlett-Packard, IBM, and Microsoft? You simply cannot use their search, the results are abominable, you have to use Google with the "site" tag. Those are seriously hosed sites.
