Strange menu bug. Windows Vista and Geforce 8600M GT. Help!

I recently bought a new computer with Windows Vista Operating system. Silent Hunter 3 has a strange bug, which makes the game unplayable. The game starts normally, the opening movie and the loading screen are fine. The main menu is the problem: It's almost completely black... The only things I can see are texts: "Jr. Lieutanant" in the upper left corner and the scrolling text in the lower part of the screen. If I press any button of my mouse, the game always jumps to credits, no matter which part of the screen I press. My computer is a mobile Zepto Znote 6625WD and my graphic card is Geforce 8600M GT. I have used forceware drivers versions 163.59 and 165.01. Please Help!
