Default Patchs and Mods

I bought this game when it first came out. But as it was full of bugs i uninstalled it and went back to SH3. Now that it has been out for a while i thought it maybe time to give it a go again.
My questions are.
1) What is the latest patch and does it iron out the bugs?
2) Are there any Mods ie like GWX?
3) Also i have moved for XP to Vista will it play without problems?

Now for another one. I have just bought a 22" samsung monitor that runs at 1650 x 1050 is there a way to get the game (also SH3) to run at this resolution?

1) 1.3 Patch from here http://silenthunter4.uk.ubi.com/ you only need this one as 1.1 & 1.2 are apart of it, about 85% to 90% iron out but the game is playable now.
2) No major mods far to early but there is Trigger Maru 1.6 you could try
3) Don't know only got XP but it should be OK

Somebody posted a similar question over at the UBI-SHIV Forums and got an answer.

What about RealFleetBoat 1.31? can you use RealFleetBoat mod with Trigger Maru?

I was going to use it as a base before installing Trigger Maru. It supposedly is what RUB was for SH3 and was the base for GWX. But, I don't think they go together. Anyone know if they are compatible?

No, RFB and TM aren't compatible. But TM is also quite realistic, especially if you add NSM 3.3 on top
