That link is not Seeadlers Enviroment mod. Sorry for the confusion

, Seeadlers posted a early version of his mod a week ago, but there was some issues with the mod, so he decided to take the page off from this forum, be patient and I think he will come up with the mod again. But Seeadlers excelent mod is allso included in TM 1.6 including Living Breathing Sea.

The link you mention is my visual upgrade mod with Seeadlers early sea-foam-texture used on the screenshots.
