A little help please

As I have said many times that I'm dumb and need instructions a child could understand for most things,having said this (again) can anyone help me with speeding up the reload time on the deck gun? It has to be a way to do it with out using the tweaker because I have tried 10 times to use it and have failed 12.....

So if any kind soul can help me please let me know....

I dont want a "super gun" I just want it to load faster....
