Default Anyone have a guide to the sub upgrades?

like their specs and around when they get introduced?

i recently got an improved air search radar available. now what improvement it was over the stock one i have no idea because it doesn't say it anywhere.

It's range. I really haven't found a definitive online resource for what all the upgrades are, what exactly they do (stats), and a paragraph explaining each's value.

While that is a nice block of work he did it still doesent give stats like

Whats the difference between surface radar and improved surface radar ?

Good question, Enquiring minds want to know. What IS the difference.

Spec's would have been great in the manual.

Range. ~8 miles for the former and about 12 miles for the latter.

Default Radar detection.

With regards to the radar, does the AI detect your radar? I like to use it whenever surfaced but I don't want to give myself away.:hmm:

Thats an excellent question.

I 'personally' have not been pegged from using the surface radar.

I have however been pegged by theirs. Eiether that or the eagle eyes spotted me. :hmm:
