SH4 Submarine Instruments -RAR file

Alright lads, I've been trying to get through this swamp of SH4 like all the rest of ya and when I saw in the UBI forum that some people were trying to make it as realistic as possible (and authentic), I had to check it out. MY SH4 program is upgraded to 1.3 and I downloaded the Radio room file. Now since it's an RAR file, I have nothing that can translate all the goobltygook into something I can understand. So, Laddies, do ya think ya can help an old shipmate out and help me fix this problem?
