Default Norwegian patrol

Im currently on my 7th patrol in march 1940, and after I finish it Im wondering whether or not to have my next patrol of the coast of Norway (using SH3 commander).

So has anyone patrolled off Norway, and if so is it worth it? Or should I just resume my hunt in the convoy routes off Ireland?

Heck yeah before & durring Norway Ops up till the end of May hang out north of Bergen and up around the northern coast. Outstanding action, took a 100+k patrol on a VIIB, used Trondhiem a few times to resupply.

Well when ever i go patrolling off of Norway there are always British Taskforces in the area, and a couple of Merchants. Remember if your going to attack one of the Taskforces off of Norway do it fast cause if your too slow then the Goering's Fly Boys will be on them like a fat kid on cake hahaha

You could go to the fjord just to the north of Narvik. You will find a lot of stationary English shipping there. Beware of the troop carriers; they will start moving (fast) as soon as you fire your eels.

Some nice tonnage to be had though. If you are lucky, you might even encounter an iceberg and witness a Luftwaffe attack on enemy shipping. I had a few very entertaining patrols there.
