I'm starting to promote/specialize my Damage Control Team. I chose a mixture of Watch/Engines/Sensors.
Any other recommendations? Seems like a broad enough mix with 40% Watch/40% Engines/20% Sensors. |

Yes, get the highest ratings of mech/electrical you can in there. Remember also, your regular crew are the PRIMARY damage control. The dedicated DC crew are an enhancement to the regular crew. Moving highly skilled mech/elec from undamaged comparments into damaged compartments temporarily and move wounded out helps.
