changing random missions
sometimes i read posts where guys will say they are getting the same missions over and over.
if you want to change your missions, to something you like, then there are two files, with two small codes to change,
that will change your mission from what the game gives you, to something you might want to do.
for instance, i have a mission to go to tokio, and photo recon the harbor.
now if i dont like that mission, i can change it by starting another career, and i keep doing it until i get a mission i like.
once i get that mission, i save that game, get out of sh4, and go to documents/sh4 folder/saved gamesfolder, then open up the career track folder, and change the code
PlayerCurrentObjectives=ID220 in career track folder
and then change the randonseed code in the userplayersettings folder
RandomSeed=-762212728
the above values will tell my sub to go to tykio harbor and photo recon it.
now if i didnt like this mission, i can change it just by changing the codes in these two entries to another mission.
if i change the codes to this:
PlayerCurrentObjectives=ID189
RandomSeed=145260912
then my sub will be ordered to make an agent insertion in ishinomaki.
all you have to do is make a career that you can rob the values of that mission, and put those values
in the career you want.

now if i dont want this, i made a new temporary career, and stole the codes from that career, to something more my liking, and put it into the career i want to keep.

so if you hate your mission, and want to change it, this is how you can do it,
you can also change your boat, and the time you leave, but i wont go into that, this post just try's to explain changing missions.

i think i might spend alittle time and extract some of the codes for different missions, and then post them.
