Renown and naval academy question

Since installing GWX I have started a new career, however, I don't want to go through the naval academy again but it does give you an additional 1000 renown if you complete it. Is there a way to give yourself that 1000 renown? Is there some editor or some file I can tinker with to do it?

Just complete the last training objective, the convoy one, that will give you the extra 1000 renown points. I'm sure there are other ways of doing it which involves changing data in some config files. I don't know this process I'm afraid.

i did this when the bastardly game gave me a II (

Do I need to change the rank to 12 also within my NavalAcademy.log file or just change everything below it?
