hey guys can u help i would like more torps in game please can it be done?

You mean carry more torpedoes on your boat ?

Then no.

You can always re-fit at a base and tender and get another load.

is there any way to increase the range of the refit option on the sub stations (the floating ships i mean)

No milch cow like options in the Pacific. Folks are looking at creating more flotillas, which would help with re-fueling.
