Default Disaster strikes!

Like a radar equipped mosquito coming atcha in darkness, disaster has struck suddenly and with terrible effect.

My SH3 DVD has spontaneously developed a hairline fracture running outwards from the centre of the DVD and is now unreadable.

I live in Japan and i can get a Japanese edition for 3500 yen, which is a lot, but i will have to wait at least 10 days to have one delivered to an address in the uk and then forwarded here.

Guess i'll just have to play SHIV in the meantime

To bad for u...but at least, SH4 got a no-cd crack with the 1.03 patch.

Maybe you should take a look at the condition of your dvd-drive.

Probably not a problem with the DVD drive itself, more than likely a weakness in that particular SH3 dvd disk has developed due to the high speed that the disk is spinning when playing SH3.

the disk is only needed to start the game... when its started you can take it out the drive and put it back in the box
