If you mean radio stations, the Read Me files tell you exactly how to use them.

Basically you download stations to Program Files/Ubisoft/Silent Hunter 4 Wolves of the Pacific/Data/Sound/Radio

Each station needs a separate folder. Within each station folder you can have an "events folder" for scripted programmes which will play out at a certain timne on a certain date - this is controlled by an "events.ini" file within the "events" folder. The station ( root ) file can also contain music tracks which will play randomly when you tune to that station. ( Please see my "Instant Radio" mod ). You can put in whatever music you like

Once you have the station folders in place, you have to go into data/sound/radio and edit the radio.ini file. to give your station a frequency in-game.

It looks like this:

[CHANNEL]
Name=the name of the station e.g. G.I. Jive. This appears in-game when you tune-in to it.
Folder=the name of the station root folder in Data/Sound/Radio e.g. GIJive.
Freq=the frequency of the station in game - a number from 1 to 999. Each station
needs it's own frequency and stations are best kept at least "10" apart. The
stations MUST be in numerical order of frequency in the Radio.ini file - i.e.
you can't have a station with a frequency of 50 appearing in the list before
stations with lower frequencies.
Antenna= date station starts ( dd.mm.yyyy ) hyphen date station ends
(dd.mm.yyyy) colon latitude of station's position ( degress.minutes)
comma longitude of station's position (degs.mins) colon range of
transmission ( 100000 is worldwide )
;MusicVolumeOnNews takes values from 0.01 to 1 ( This fades random tracks under scripted output, then restores random output after scripted track has finished. The semicolon makes this line in the entry a non-active note.)
MusicVolumeObNews=0.01 (the actual level you want to fade random music to when scripted programmes from the Events Folder play out.)

You make an entry like this in the Radio.ini file for each station, keeping the different stations in order of frequency.

So the final entry looks something like this:

[CHANNEL]
Name= G.I. Jive
Folder=GIJive
Freq=10
Antenna=01.01.1930-01.01.2000:8.32,151.00:100000
;MusicVolumeOnNews takes values from 0.01 to 1
MusicVolumeOnNews=0.01

[CHANNEL]
Name= Captain Midnights CBS News
Folder=CBS
Freq=20
Antenna=01.01.1930-01.01.2000:-21.00,50.00:100000
;MusicVolumeOnNews takes values from 0.01 to 1
MusicVolumeOnNews=0.01

etc

A number of the station mods are JSGME ready.
