Unlocks 2 more "Search Patterns" and adds 3 new ICONS in the
Orders Bar

Additional features
"Distance to Course End Button"
"Weather Report (not sure, but might have missed it in the 1st release)
"Green Button Fuel, Battery etc" Credits to Jimimadrid and DarkShip

I added these as they are all using the same texture!
"WEATHER REPORT"
"ALL STATIONS CRASH DIVE"
"ALL STATIONS BATTLE STATIONS"
to the Orders Bar
