But he never leaves the damn post!

If you have the repair button on he will stay there until you turn of this feature. Either that or he is attempting to get out as he just is not made for submarines

I've yet to ever see this guy on the ladder , is this a "post 1.3" thing or what.....? All I've ever seen the crew do is fidgit , like a kid on Riddlin , and scratch there heads , and hunker down while the boat is being shot at or DC'd ......

It's one of the activated repair crew animations. Always been there.
