Submarine Decals

I have not seen what I am going to ask posted but if someone has asked then forgive me for re-asking

Is it possible to MOD decals on the submarine itself? For example to add the head of a shark or tiger? Or heck even the number of kills that would be freakin awesome!!!

There are plenty of mods which add new skins, even with shark face or flags of ships sunk (though they are static).
Check the mod section of the forum.
