Type in
huge Sen-toku submarine in Silent Hunter 4 on you tube and a i-400 class appears:hmm: :hmm:

No, it's not common. The decision to make 2 subs for SH4 for the IJN was fine, I just wish that instead of the 2 rarest subs in the IJN, they picked the 2 most common instead.
