Intresting concept.
I wonder who will frown upon it the most...that will tell us a lot about the game!

In more ways than one.

It sounds like KotOR. "Play from the Light and the Dark Side!"

The developer is from Denmark. No info about the company officers or anything though on the website.

They are also doing a game about Latin America, and a game about "the role of NATO".

Edit: The company seems to share the name of Serious Games Initiative with a project started by the Woodrow Wilson Center for the purpose of developing games for "other than entertainment purposes". But there does not seem to be a direct connection between the developer in Denmark and the WWC project.

Kotor is Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic. It takes place 30,000 years before Star Wars: A New Hope.

It's a Roleplaying game, where you can choose to the path your character takes to being a Jedi or a Sith.

There is also a Knights of the Old Republic II, which has a many gameplay additions, but the end of the game is kind of a mess.

KotOR = 9.5/10
KotOR II = 9.0/10
