add-on that lets you insert your own pin ups into the radio room? I read a few explanations on how to do it but it wasnt very clear to me. Where to look to find the file and how to make the changes?

The file name will depend on what type of u-boat you have. Example type VII would be named druck_radio_7. The file can be found in data\Textures\TNormal\Tex.

What game are you using? Stock SH3 or a supermod.:hmm:
EDIT - You've got to be using GWX. The files have been packed into the DAT files to improve performance. You'll need to extract the textures by using either Pack3D or Timetraveller's SH3 Extractor. You'll find both of these in the Tools sticky near the top of the Mods Section.

You would have to extract the file with Pack3D version 2 from the dat file found in the submarine Interior folder, eg for type VIIC:
Extract druck_radio_7.tga from SilentHunterIII\data\Interior\NSS_Uboat7\NSS_Uboat7_CR.dat Don't quote me I think it's the _CR.dat file, once extracted you can use a paint program to edit then just place the file in the SilentHunterIII\data\Textures\TNormal\tex folder, and SHIII will use this over the default, if you need Pack3D or the individual files for each of the 4 types just let us know, and I will upload them, hope this helps. ![]() Cheers.
