Perhaps not with quality settings on (filters / volumetric fog), but I don´t see big problem. Those filters need more horsepower in the vid card.

My PC specs are better (being a PC) but I have a PCI-E 7600 GS. It's the 512 mb version but I have all my GFX settings on full. I'm sure you'll be able to run it with a few of the sliders turned down.
