[rel] merchant flag for rec manual
This is a split off another mod I did.
for sh4 v1.2 it places the american merchant marine flag in the blank flag space for merchants in the rec manual allso added is the nazi swas stika to the german flag flags resourced from internet encylopedia link for download http://www.mediafire.com/?fqjhlfxtx00  if anybody can think of a better flag or pic for this let me know
