I Lost All My Saved Games!!!

I saved and exit my game ( i had many saves ) because i missed a torped stupidly, so i wanted another shot.. i did it b4 (yes, its kind of cheating but i like the perfect solution and its frustating when u spend alot of time getting a solution only for it to fail on you like a bad dog) Anyway, i went on loading and i had 0 saved games... the career was still there but it was empty like a.. a... a mule! i am pretty pissed off right now! (ps.: i am not the usual nuoz here, i am his brother who only recently started to play this game i now find pretty crappy)

I could kill the coder responsible for this... This just wasted long hours of my life, and if i play this **** again its gonna be arcade style all the way!:dam n:

Try changing the saved game folder name. e.x. your captains name or what ever you named your save.

That did it for me when I lost all my saves for some unknown reason.

Good luck

I made another career name in the folder (not in SH3) copied the saves from my old one, and went back into SH3.

Both my old and new one were working so yea lol

Greetings, the Community manual has an article on restoring lost/corrupted carrers.
http://www.mysh3.info/shiii/index.ph...rupted_Careers
Perhaps this is accurate after all, luckily I have not yet to encounter a zapped carrer save. However if there is newer or updated information it can be added/changed.

Always back up your game saves....and save frequently during each patrol
