Heres a decent RTS game released awhile ago. Its set in a modern day conflict between the yanks (JTF) and any dictator or terrorist in their path. It has a long and interesting singleplayer which is set all over the world, and a decent skirmish to boot :p

The graphics are great and it even has its own physics and rag doll in the engine ( might need a high end PC)

The pathfinding in this game is horrible. Its not a quality RTS. I was very disappointed.
