I'm looking for a G15 keyboard's silent hunter 3 applet...

Does it exist ?

I used SetKey and also bound a number of very useful functons to my G15.

By applet, you are talking about something that would interface the LCD with the game itself? What game information do you expect to see on your LCD anyway? The key components of speed, depth, and course and generally available at the bottom of the screen unless you have modded your interface.
