I tell the computer to run SH4....I can hear the Ubi music for about 10 secs, but the screen is displaying nothing but a static that is not "moving", and after the music quits, the computer just locks up...have to unplug it to reboot....I'm totally lost....can anyone gimme some insight?

hi. Have you tried rolling back your drivers to an earlier version.

I take it installation went okay.
Check to see your audio drivers are up to date. Set sound accelleration (hardware) to zero. See if that helps. |

Pilot,
I have the AMD 3200+ and 1 gig RAM. I had the 6200OC video card. It just was not up to the challenge. I had to purchase a new card. I got the Visiontek Radean X1300 512mb card. I now run the game at great graphics and have just tweeked the card to get a steady 20 FPS to 100 FPS depending on where I'm stationed. From my own experience and althought the box says it supports the 6200, it is way down on the list. I recommend you seek a new card.
