Default sonar room looks like '*`?"($

Hi, I need some help with some interior textures.
I installed the Bordinstrumente 1.0 mod as here http://www.subsim.com/phpBB/viewtopic.php?t=46429

Everything looks very nice, except for the controls in the sonar room, which looks like in stock SH3. I checked the ...\data\Textures\ folder and that is exactly the same as in the Bordinstrumente mod. Is there something wrong with some conf file ?

I run SH3 with GWX, everything was fine, I installed the OpenHatch mod and from there on many dials in the command room looked like in vanilla SH3, absolutley inacceptable this So I installed Bordinstrumente 1.0 after that, using JSGME as usual and everything looks good again except for that sonar room and I cannot find out why.

Any ideas ?

The whole list of mods installed, in order of installation:
GWX - Captain america officers icons
GWX - Lite harbour traffic
GWX - No Medals on crew
