shipping lanes or map

i am looking for a map for the shipping lanes. I know there is one out there, I had it before but lost it. any suggestions???

If you are playing any of the major mods its in the top left corner on Navmap view
Hold mouse on it and drag into view

If playing stock its in the C:\Program Files\Ubisoft\SilentHunterIII\documentation
