torp / deck gun damage values

Anyone point me at the file these are located in?

I'd also appreciate pointers for ship values that aren't contained in the zones.cfg file.

(I searched the forums for several hours, so I apologize if I just couldn't find the information. A re-direct would be fine if these things are discussed in detail elsewhere.)

EDIT: I have found the files for the submarines (not difficult), what I'm looking for is in relation to (for example) destroyers and carriers.

download timetraveler's mini tweaker and use it to find, open, and change the files you want.
