Default sh4: how to run in 800x600 resolution?

Hi, I have installed this on Vista 32bit with a Radeon X600 card, with my PC display settings set to 800x600. But after the game installs it runs in 1024x768. The only options within the game is to choose 1024x768 or 1280x768. I want to run it at the lower resolution of 800x600. Anyone know how please?

Default Why would you want to do that?!??

I honestly would not know how you could force that resolution. But why do you want to? Since obviously your graphics card can handle the higher resolutions.

You can try to set it in the menu in 1024x768 (Default res), then force it to 800x600 via the D3D9 res api.

That resolution tweak seems to works to rise up the resolution, but not for to droop down it.

I attempt to made the change in SH III, drops it to 800x600, if not remember bad, it works, but the problem was the interface seceens, all them needs to be reworked, you can hit the command links and buttons with the mouse, then you can use the game.

Agree - his card should run it, but using vista with only 1 gb ram will seriously hamper your game since vista uses about 750mb to run.

Try setting all your ingame options to low at standard res, then crank them up one by one until your machine throws its dummy out the pram.

Hope this helps
