Default Where's the good American WW2 era music?

Seems like I have a ton of german MP3s on my hard drive for the SH3 gramaphone, but I see little to nothing around here for SH4 (American stuff).

Did I miss a big music file around here somewhere?

Somebody point me in the right direction.

Please and Thank You.

You know, that's a pretty damn good idea. The RIAA would wank all kinds of crocodile tears over it, but that doesn't make it any less of a damn fine idea. If I could get the bloody news reports to work properly, and then intersperse them with the music, that would be even better.

I could easily nab the music. I might see about that this weekend.

Not really a mod but more a 'heads up', I figured this was the best thread to broadcast this info...

There's a CD available now by 'The Puppini Sisters' called 'Betcha Bottom Dollar' that features modern songs sung in 1940s style. If there are any players who enjoy music from the '70s and '80s (Blondie, The Smiths/Morrissey, Kate Bush) and who find it hard to listen to actual 1940s music this might be a good CD to get for playing in the game - it's available on iTunes.
