Disappearing green lines on battle map

Saw a thread a few pages back about this problem, but was no resolution. On the torpedo tutorial mission you get a green trajectory line and your fired torpedos shown on the battle map, but once I start the game this disappears. Does anyone know of any patch plans for this bug?

One other bug I noticed - I switched my stern artillery for a bow one, figuring it would be easier to target ships with, but now the gun has disappeared from the crew management screen, and I have no one to man it, so I have to do all my firing manually. Anyone found this/sorted it?
