Pls help! Edited Shell.zon

Ripping my hair here!

1 week ago i edited shell.zon to test some stuff. Damage range too 3km among other things. The effect was rediculous. Today I reinstalled the game go get rid of all my editing. It was still there! I removed it again and restarted the computer and installed it again. Checking so that no save files or other thing was left. The effects of my editing was still there! Can somebody please help me? I´m running Vista..
